A candid interview with Penelope Cruz

Penelope Cruz is one of the most famous Spanish actresses known around the world. In 2009 she became the first Spaniard to ever win an Oscar for her role as tempestuous artist Maria Elena in Woody Allen's romantic comedy "Vicky Cristina Barcelona". Upon accepting the award, Cruz thanked both Allen and Spanish film director Pedro Almodovar for their roles in shaping her career and dedicated the gold statuette to the actors from her home country of Spain.
